ARRMA developed the 223S series especially for brushless bashing newcomers who want to grow from 2S to 3S power without needing expensive option parts or buying a whole new basher. On a 2S LiPo, the BIG ROCK 223S BLX 4X4 reaches 35+ mph top speeds. That speed matches or even beats the best that other manufacturers’ 2S bashers can do. Whenever you’re ready, switch to a 3S battery. Now you can unleash this monster truck’s full 50+ mph potential!
You control how fast your BIG ROCK 223S BLX 4X4 can go based on your battery choice and where you set the Spektrum SLT3 transmitter’s throttle limiting switch. Throttle limiting automatically restricts top speed to a level you prefer until you’re ready for it all. With the switch set to 50% or 75%, you’ll never worry about going faster than you can safely control. You’ll make the transition from 2S to 3S speeds with absolute confidence.
The Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) built into the monster truck’s Spektrum electronics offers another big advantage, and not just for brushless newcomers. With four selectable modes, DSC can automatically correct steering input as needed to improve your control and confidence on any surface. Just turn off the DSC whenever you want to rely only on the skills you’ve learned.
Factory assembled and installed, the heavy-duty, metal gear differentials send power from the Spektrum 3100Kv brushless motor to all four wheels for worry-free bashing on dirt, gravel, or short grass. The entire power system is well-protected and the all-terrain independent suspension and oil-filled shocks soak up bumps. Set up ramps or build some dirt mounds and launch your truck into the air! Extended height side guards on the strong composite chassis combine with the close-fitting body to keep dirt and debris out of the chassis tub. When maintenance is needed, the hidden clipless body retention system allows quick, easy chassis access.
The ARRMA BIG ROCK 223S BLX 4X4 comes complete with installed, high-quality Spektrum electronics, including an 80A waterproof ESC/receiver and metal geared S662 waterproof servo. DYNAMIC STABILITY CONTROL (DSC)
