Each section has a short humorous story about Annie’s own journey toward more conscious cooking and eating. She shares practices for developing mindfulness that will support more ease around food, and journal questions to help you look more deeply at the roots of your thinking about food, cooking, and eating. Simple, delicious, vegan recipes complement each section, demonstrating mindful alternatives for every meal and many eating challenges, including eating at work and school, eating at restaurants and on vacation, and mindfully feeding friends and entertaining.
Mindful eating has been shown to improve body acceptance, diminish negative self-talk and support weight loss. Mindful cooking is a mindfulness practice in itself, creating more ease in our day-to-day lives. Great sheer mineral sunscreen!

I’ve never been a mineral sunscreen fan but I really love this one. I needed a mineral sunscreen for days where I knew I was going to be sweating or swimming because the chemical stuff would run into my eyes and burn so bad. This one doesn’t burn my eyes at all.
It doesn’t leave a white cast but it is a little oily and leaves me quite shiny for about 10-15 mins until it fully dries. I don’t really mind because it works well.
I would definitely recommend 👌

It's a nice product but still too greasy for my poor skin. It's pretty moisturizing. It isnt thick, but my skin gets greasy quickly with it. (I prefer Australian Gold tinted (the big tube meant for the body, not face).

Just like the other but better!

I love the regular mineral face sunscreen so wanted to try the new liquid face sunscreen! It seems to be the same formula but way easier to apply. Applies more like a moisturizer and easy to run in! It still has the same protection and reliability!! Sunbum will always be a favorite!

A Sensitive Skin Must

Very smooth and easy to rub in. No white cast. Great for sensitive skin. Daughter has eczema and I have rosacea, we both use this sunscreen without any issues.
