De maximale belasting van de haltersteunen is 100kg en de maximale belasting van de bank is 200kg. Bankdrukken is d manier om spiermassa te kweken. Helaas weten de meeste bezoekers van de sportschool dit, hierdoor moet je vaak lang wachten

Deze stabiele vlakke Gyronetics halterbank is uitermate geschikt voor het bankdrukken, ook met small grip. Dus geschikt voor het trainen van de borstspieren en triceps maar ook voor buikspieren en de schouders. De maximale belasting van de haltersteunen is 100kg en de maximale belasting van de bank is 200kg. 

 

Bankdrukken is dé manier om spiermassa te kweken. Helaas weten de meeste bezoekers van de sportschool dit, hierdoor moet je vaak lang wachten voordat er een halterbank vrij is. De oplossing: je haalt gewoon je eigen halterbank in huis. Dit apparaat is voor gebruik thuis, voor de beginnende tot semi-fanatieke krachtsporter. 

 
Dit Old School model halterbank kan belast worden tot 100 kg. Daarmee is dit een ideale halterbank voor iedereen die graag thuis effectief de borstspieren wil trainen. Maar dat is niet alles, op deze halterbank kun je uiteraard ook de triceps aan bod laten komen. De beste manier om op je triceps te focussen is door 'smal' te bankdrukken. Dit is voor de dames de oplossing tegen zwabberige armen, en voor mannen de manier om de bovenarmen aan te pakken en zodoende flink wat spiermassa in de mouwen te krijgen!

Nice towel bar or Cutting board display in this case. The industrial pipe towel bar is just what it says. The pipe is made of 3/4 water pipe that has been painted, pre cut and instructions to screw them together to make a pipe. The only thing I had negative to say about this purchase is the plastic wall anchors that come with it are not very good. Do yourself a favor and go ahead and get you some good ones. When I installed the ones that came with the towel rack, they were real brittle and stripped out when tightening the pipe to the wall. I just had to replace the wall anchors and everything went smooth from there. I bought these in two separate purchases. You only get one bar per order. The 31.5 inch on top and then purchased the 24 inch on the bottom. So please look at what the ad says, the video and photos were only to show how we placed them on our walls.
