The recipe includes the botanicals-grains of paridise, almonds, lemon peel, licorice, juniper berries, cubeb berries, orris, coriander, angelica, and cassia bark. While most gins boil their botanicals directly in the spirit to achieve their flavor, Bombay Saphhire gin is vapor-infused with 10 botanicals. This allows for the essential oils and aromas to be delicately extracted.
